Just steps away from the sound and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico, this vacation rental allows you to relax while watching the sunset during the summer from your private balcony.  The beautiful white sand beaches and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico make any time spent in Pensacola Beach enjoyable. Not only does this unit have amazing views, it also contains artwork created by the owner. In fact, a full-size surfboard perched on top of the kitchen cabinets welcomes visitors to this beachy oasis.

This condominium features two bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 6 people.  The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin size bed up top.

Amenities of this well-appointed property include a full kitchen, flat panel TV, cable television, internet access, balcony table and chairs, washer and dryer and quality linens and towels.   The unit also offers covered parking for two vehicles with plenty of storage for bikes—which you can bring or rent to enjoy miles of paved paths along Fort Pickens Road and Via De Luna. 

The Baywatch neighborhood includes a private fishing pier, a pool, and community park- style grill.  The white sand beaches of the bay are the perfect beaches for the younger members of the family who may not enjoy the larger waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
